FOR NH-03 (GS-12/13 equivalent): Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent), or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience performing environmental protection program analysis and planning that evaluates and establishes applicable administrative directives implementation and determines programmatic requirements compliance (e.g., administrative guidance and planning for programs to protect or improve environmental quality, control pollution, remedy environmental damage, or ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations).
