Specialized Experience GS-14: One year of specialized experience which includes overseeing military training programs for an installation or equivalent to include operations and modernization of all training lands, airspace, systems, devices and/or facilities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Decision Making Financial Management Leadership Planning and Evaluating Time in Grade Requirement GS-14: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
About the Position: Works under the general administrative direction of 11th Airborne Division (11th ABN DIV) G3 who is the sole staff officer responsible for the oversight, planning, coordinating, conduct, and evaluation of all military training programs within 11th ABN DIV.
