Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist managing projects or operations for the design, development, availability, or sustainment of navigation systems to meet specification requirements for surface ships or submarines.
