Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS – 12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: environmental compliance and engineering, pollution prevention, restoration, training, and sustainability including, but not limited to, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), pollution prevention, wastewater, storm water, drinking water, underground storage tanks, aboveground storage tanks, oil-water separators (OWS), spill prevention and countermeasures controls (SPCC), spill and emergency response, Emergency Planning and Community-Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), air, ozone depleting substances (ODS), radon, noise, landfill, solid waste, green procurement, recycling, environmental compliance inspections, environmental management system (EMS), other environmental liabilities (OEL), comprehensive environmental training and education program (CETEP), community outreach, installation restoration program, munitions response program, sustainability program, and range environmental vulnerability assessment (REVA).
