WARGAME PROGRAM ANALYST (NAVAL WARFARE)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness for the validation, planning, design, and execution of exercise scenarios. Experience with exercises and simulation at the operational level of war (OLW) to include military command and control, Navy operational planning, command Relationships, Joint warfare, and multi-domain integration. Experience with missions, policies, programs, procedures, and practices of NWDC’s Director that are highly critical and time sensitive in nature Experience in the planning, organizing, and direction of team project work and the ability to interact effectively with management when making proposals or recommendations of significance. You will serve as a WARGAME PROGRAM ANALYST in the TRAINING, EXERCSES, and WARGAMING (TEW) DEPARTMENT of NAVY WARFARE DEVELOPMENT CENTER.
