GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience as with the qualification/rating process for external and internal hiring. Experience locating, interpreting, analyzing, and applying qualification standards. Experience developing, creating and maintaining job analysis, crediting plans and registers based on job descriptions. Experience determining knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) relating to commercial and military experience, qualifications, training, and Coast Guard license/endorsements required for positions. Experience rating and ranking candidates and managing the establishment of registers. Experience establishing and convening promotion boards. Experience providing personnel services for assigned organizations or to perform major studies and/or evaluations of complex policies. Experience identifying and analyzing Human Resources problems in order to develop alternative solutions. Experience presenting complex ideas and options to a wide range of audiences in order to persuade the target audience to accept a certain course of action. You will serve as a TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR in the CIVMAR MGMNT PROGRAM OFFICER (N12), AFLOAT TRAINING MANAGERS (N12A), AFLOAT WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT (N12A2) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
