Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in budgeting and accounting procedures and policies for ship operations and Sponsor reimbursable items. Experience in qualitative and quantitative techniques in analyzing and measuring the productivity of management processes and programs related to ships and projects. Experience in conducting detailed evaluations, analyzing findings and recommendations on complex functions and processes. Experience in reviewing contracts, evaluating contractor performance and advising leadership of performance issues and potential solutions. You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST at Military Sealift Command (MSC), Directorate Ship Management (DSM) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
