Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Motor Vehicle Operator Supervisor without more than normal supervision. Conducting daily meetings with subordinates, developing performance standards for appraisals, and identifying training needs and implement training plans. Prioritizing workload based on priorities and future deadlines. I have the basic understanding of how to utilize systems to track production. I work under normal supervision of work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. – Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
