Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or (DP-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience working on and around energized Radar or Electronic Warfare emitter equipment and support systems. 2) Familiar with associated operating, safety and maintenance procedures. 3) Able to apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, and evaluate range instrumentation systems. 4) Able to apply engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, or acquisition and resource management. 5) Able to assist technical manager in planning logistics of pre-mission checkouts. 6) Able to apply knowledge of Radar or Electronic Warfare systems to develop new capabilities or improvement to radar signature measurement systems.
