Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience which provides a practical knowledge of swimming activities, rules and procedures and skill in the use and maintenance of various pool and safety equipment is desirable. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, and push/pull 100 pounds. Previous swimming/coaching/lifeguarding experience perferred. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
About the position: Outdoor Recreation Aquatics Center, Kirtland AFB, NM. This position will be filled as Flexible employment category. Flexible employment category guarantees 00 hrs/week (may work up to 40 hrs/wk). Position requires current Lifeguard Certification (Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid).
