Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Experience and knowledge of all phases of nuclear and non-nuclear surface or submarine ship repair and overhaul. 2. Experience demonstrating technical and administrative skill and knowledge with managing various levels of shop supervisors and trade personnel. 3. Experience and knowledge of total shipyard work operations, trades and shop practices. 4. Experience with managing and coordinating activities, workload planning and the ability to analyze and adjust manpower resources, work operations, equipment and facilities.
