Additional information about transcripts is in this document. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1). Receiving general policy guidance from a Two Star Genral USASOAC; the Chief of Staff and the Assistance Chief of Staff, G1 assigning and providing personnel resources necessary to accomplish the functions and activities relating to personnel management. 2). Provide timely and efficient personnel service support to commanders, soldiers, civilians and families. 3.) Performs, under general administrative direction, with very wide latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, work of outstanding difficulty and responsibility along mission, special technical, supervisory and administrative lines which have demonstrated leadership and exceptional attainment. 4.) Plans, directs and executes missions and programs of marked difficulty, responsibility, and of national significance in support of the Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA) forces. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Compliance Strategic Workforce Planning Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
