Program Analyst

Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience keeping abreast of foreign affairs issues worldwide and their impact on a program. Experience directing and coordinating management programs impacting an office (e.g., program budgeting, annual program planning, mandatory reporting) Experience assessing and improving program planning, budgeting, contracting, and evaluation. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
The position is located in the Division of Grants, Acquisitions and Procurement Policy (GAPP), Executive Office, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). This position serves the Program Analyst, with bilateral agreements, Federal Interagency Agreements, Personal Service Contracts (PSC), source and nationality waivers and host government leases responsibilities for INL worldwide country programs.
