Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level (GS-12) or (NH-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilities policies, programs, organizations, functions, resources, and legislation affecting the program(s) and the organizations studied or served, and related customers, functions, resources, and users. Experience providing qualitative and quantitative analysis to interpret interrelated financial reports and documents. Experience providing of budgetary functional programs, practices and procedures to include the DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) and federal appropriation law.
