Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience planning and executing large scale projects associated with the nuclear work of maintaining, overhauling, and repairing nuclear submarines. *Experience completing nuclear production projects within budget, manpower and time restraints. *Experience scheduling work and assigning tasks to complete large projects on assigned ships. *Experience communicating effectively both orally and in writing. *Experience with processes pertaining to submarine overhaul and repair.
