Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the oversight, development, management and coordination for the Continuous Training Development (CTD) or Nuclear CTD program effort. Experience acting as consultant and advisor to all levels of shipyard management relative to such matters as feasibility work operations in the execution of projects within the Production Codes; Experience initiating changes in program emphasis, developing metrics to assess CTD proficiency, manpower ceilings, budget requirements, and organization structures; Experience establishing and revising priorities and procedures for the operation of the CTD program; Experience defining and assigning to subordinates functions and work operations in accordance with overall Production Resources Department workload and priorities, accomplishing necessary coordination with other shipyard organizations. Experience advance planning and extensive coordination with the shipyard, with other shipyards, and NAVSEA. Experience monitoring productivity, costliness, timeliness, material usage and outcomes of courses presented.
