Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 to GS-11 or ND-2 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing Program and Project Management knowledge in regard to facilities management, engineering, operations, technologies and maintenance. 2) Understanding use and business process interfaces of Database Management systems that may include: FUELER, BUILDER, iNFADS, ieFACMAN, Maximo, other SMS systems. Implementing Facilities Condition Indexes. And using American Petroleum Institute based inspection methodologies. 3) Communicating effectively with an executive level audience by presenting coherent and persuasive recommendations based on sound, defensible rationale. You will serve as a POL ICAP/SIIP TECHNICAL LEAD in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14.
