Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience on educational theories, principles, practices and techniques. Experience developing, initiating, and reviewing schoolhouse training materials for effectiveness, supportability, maintainability, and instructional capability of training systems and programs under NRPDC. Experience on the NETC programs, policies, and procedures, to include instructional systems design and teach methodologies and training requirements. Experience with AIM II, CPM/LOM, Fleet Training Management and Planning Systems (FLTMPS), CeTARS/NITRAS, and data entry service. Experience on the Navy’s ISD process for the application of PADDIE+M. Experience preparing and presenting findings and recommendations and the ability to write technical documents.
