Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative support administrative areas such as timekeeping, (e.g., military), leave, travel, human resources, file management, correspondence preparation and control, and office automation systems; Submitting and monitoring human resource actions; Assisting the supervisor on the practical and technical aspects of office administration to include personnel administration, budgeting, data processing and file management; AND Maintaining calendar, schedules, appointments and provides notification of appointments made and/ or cancelled. You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the NAVY PAY AND PERSONNEL SUPPORT CENTER (NPPSC) of TSC GREAT LAKES.
