Your resume must demonstrate: At the DA-02 Level: At least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-1-4) or pay band (DA-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Resources Specialist. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Conducting weapons testing in a laboratory and aircraft test support; (2) Preforming work related to trouble shooting in environmentally uncomfortable situations while staying focused; and (3) Following software loading procedures and systematic trouble shooting of communication security test equipment. At the DA-03 Level: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05-08) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Resources Specialist. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Independently conducting weapons testing in a laboratory and aircraft test support; (2) Preforming work related to trouble shooting in environmentally uncomfortable situations while staying focused; (3) Independently Following software loading procedures and systematic trouble shooting of communication security test equipment; and (4) Producing test documentation, and ensuring proper implementation of all test procedures and operational processes.
