To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include: Experience with administrative regulations and guidance by providing communication to staff to enable their compliance with current administrative requirements. Experience in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or functions related to office automation. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Computer Skills – Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work. Written Communication – Writes in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience. Customer Service – Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers. Delivers high-quality products and services; is committed to continuous improvement. This position is in the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) Region 2 Office in New York, New York. The Region 2 Office is responsible for providing Federal financial assistance, programmatic and project management oversight, and technical assistance to States, municipalities, metropolitan planning organizations, and public transportation providers in New York and New Jersey.
