Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of systems software and systems development life cycles; 2) Completing work by applying knowledge of the acquisition process, including proposal review, contract specifications and the development of Statements of Work; and 3) Planning, organizing and leading multiple projects associated with the implantation of elements of the Information Management Infrastructure. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. You will serve as an IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN) in the INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY DIRECTORATE of NAVAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
