SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating experience with staffing, recruiting and employee support. 2) Applying knowledge of the theories, practices, methodologies, and standards of testing in a realistic environments of major acquisition programs and talent management. 3) Utilizing knowledge of Integrated Test and Evaluation concepts and methodologies to include Mission Based Test Design process. 4) Managing and leading complex teams composed of both military and civilian personnel. 5) Demonstrating proven experience in process improvement and process evaluation.
