Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; 1) Solving problems in the Biomedical Testing Program; 2) Ensuring Biomedical Testing Programs coordinators are in compliance with work processes; 3) Determining whether funds are being obligated and expended according to goals and objectives; 4) Providing management and oversight necessary to implement and sustain a drug abuse-testing program that includes coordinating the collection, quality checking, handling, and processing of urine specimens for testing or shipment to labs; 5) Developing lesson plans/training aids.
