To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Overseeing or providing technical guidance on resources management activities (e.g., full cost management of funds including Procurement, Labor, and Travel budgets); Working directly with the Agency and Federal budget process, Planning, Programming and Budget Execution (PPBE) process, and/or NASA financial systems to develop resource recommendations; Leading a diverse multi-disciplinary team and/or projects. As a Deputy Office Chief within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at Johnson Space Center, you will collaborate with the Chief to provide administrative and management support necessary for accomplishing the work of the Office. You will provide supervision to office personnel performing budget formulation and execution activities, analytical assessment of critical budget issues, and day-to-day budget operations.
