Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer leading teams and conducting independent engineering studies and providing solutions for unusual and unprecedented engineering problems, additionally possessing expertise in the area of submarine and surface ship fluid and mechanical ship systems and associated repair processes. Demonstrates familiarity with shipyard processes and organization along with strong written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate technical requirements with others in the engineering community, production shops, and ship’s force. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MECHANICAL ENGINEER for the Hydraulics Branch Code (260.4A) in the Fluid/Mechanical Division (Code 260) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
