Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Developing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW); 2) Creating Market Research Reports or coordinating input for Independent Government Estimates; and 3) Evaluating criteria for various complex procurement actions to develop contract strategies. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Acquisition Strategy Communications Contracting/Procurement Planning and Evaluating
About the Position: Serves as an Acquisition Analyst responsible for the full range of acquisition planning and contract management functions required to support a project with acquisition, testing, production, and fielding of assigned weapons systems to the Army world-wide. This is a pay banded position. The NH-03 encompasses grades 12 and 13 on the General Schedule.
