FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing network orders and Invoice validation for Information Technology (IT) services; 2) Providing programmatic support with government and commercial service providers of Emergency Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) system operations; 3) Following procurement procedures to ensure appropriate interaction with contracted providers of IT services; and 4) Supporting Public Safety Network (PSNET) related projects such as automated gates and turnstiles at entry control panels. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in preparing network orders and Invoice validation for Information Technology (IT) services; 2) Assisting in the review and coordination of IT requirements in order to successfully plan and manage provision of IT services; and 3) Utilizing IT Information Assurance to ensure compliance with directives and appropriate response to information assurance incidents.
