DS-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/10 grade level or DS-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate all of the following:1) Expertise with IT systems, plans, functions, as well as security operations; 2) Highly proficient in a variety of computer platforms, networks, and software applications; 3) Performing responsibilities related to cybersecurity compliance, technical support and customer service: and 4) Extensive knowledge of Risk Management Framework and authorization of documentation. DS-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05/08 grade level or DS-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate all of the following: 1) Understanding of IT systems, plans, functions and an understanding of Risk Management Framework; 2) Knowledgeable in a variety of computer platforms, networks, and software applications; 3) Performing responsibilities related to cybersecurity compliance, technical support and customer service: and 4) Clarifying requirements, obtaining missing data, explaining processing delays, discussing priority adjustment options, discussing alternative process methods and anticipating time of process completion.
