Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Distributing and balancing workloads for subordinates; 2) Communicating and interviewing candidates for positions in the unit; 3) Verifying applicant identification and providing fingerprinting services to ensure accurate fingerprint images are captured on appropriate documentation for security clearances, passport, issuance, and other identification requirements; 4) Receiving visitors and telephone calls to the office, determining the nature of requests, and directing callers to appropriate staff, or personally providing the information desired when routine or procedural matters of the office are involved.
