Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Arranging meetings, conferences, and video teleconferences (VTCs) and ensuring all required materials and services are provided. 2) Reviewing correspondence from all assigned sites/departments for disposition and signature to ensure editorial accuracy and adherence to policy. 3) Coordinating travel arrangements, visit itineraries, and arranging transportation and lodging for the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Command Master Chief. 4) Preparing reports and presentations that require extensive inputs.
