Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing, analyzing, and selecting appropriate information and presenting the information in a form and at a level suitable for the intended audience. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1.) Producing creative, informative, and readable media products; 2.) Creating visually appealing web content that is attractive and effective using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and SharePoint; 3.) Interviewing subjects who are sometimes reluctant to share information; 4.) Analyzing data and research in order to produce strategic marketing content, communicating risk management information; 5.) Engaging contributing writers and technical advisors in identifying the needs of magazine readers, web visitors, or any other audience. 6) Actively acquisition, copy edit, produce, print, market and distribute information to the specific audiences and the public.
