Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with public communications, detailed narrative reports, letters, summaries, etc. Experience applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure program effectiveness. Experience with organizational management skills in adapting to frequent fluctuation in workload, pressures, and deadlines. Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and security classification procedures and guidelines. You will serve as a Program Analyst (Confidential Executive Assistant and Executive Management Program Office (EMPO) Liaison) directly supporting & reporting to Deputy Undersecretary of the Navy for Management (DUSN (M)) of the Department of the Navy.
