Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band (DS-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Managing Windows OS/Linux environments, Active Directory, Virtualization, and Group Policies to optimize system performance and security; 2) Coordinating, documenting, facilitating and ensuring the resolution of customer hardware and software issues; 3) Maintaining and administering computer networks and related systems, ensuring security requirements, sustainment, and accreditations are met; 4) Configuring new computer hardware and installing computer systems to meet customer requirements. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
