Military Grades: E6 through E7 GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training that has provided a basic knowledge of data processing functions and general management principles that enabled the applicant to understand the stages required to automate a work process. Experience may have been gained in work such as computer operator or assistant, computer sales representative, program analyst, or other positions that required the use or adaptation of computer programs and systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least 12 months of work experiences are required that involved assessing the required capabilities to meet unit operations, training, and readiness missions in support of fielding a complex cyberspace weapons system. Competent in evaluating the unit’s cyberspace support effectiveness and the unit’s maintenance programs, processes, and personnel in meeting established mission goals and objectives. Experienced in evaluating management effectiveness, unit self-inspection compliance requirements; and, the assigned personnel’s performance and technical proficiencies. Experienced in coordinating or conducting management organizational studies of staff performance, work measurement, methods, or procedures. Experiences included monitoring unit quality assurance-type programs and ensured adherence to all requirements defined in USAF, AFSPC, ANG, and other applicable directives. Skilled in the ability to interpret technical requirements and made independent judgments that determined organizational compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and practices. Experiences included reviewing workload requirements to ascertain areas where procedures can be combined, distributed, or simplified to increase productivity, efficiency, or effectiveness. Competent in analyzing evaluation results on both quantitative and qualitative basis that provided concise and objective information on mission strengths and weaknesses. Skilled to identify deficiencies, necessary resources, and recommended corrective actions. Previous tasks included organizational management with factual and objective assessments on the unit’s capabilities to perform cyberspace support and maintenance missions. Experienced in providing management officials with reports on limiting mission factors, program management opportunities, and availability of operable mission equipment. Experienced in evaluating mission equipment effectiveness. Experiences included administering internal audits, evaluations, and checklists that were designed to ensure conformance with unit mission. Capable in using standardized and locally developed evaluation programs and processes. Experienced in planning and conducting scheduled and unscheduled managerial, personnel, technical and special evaluations. Skilled in cyberspace systems’ certifications and implementing quality and reliability plans for assigned cyberspace systems. Experienced in developing plans and procedures for monitoring product certification decisions. Competent in developing, recommending, assisting in implementing and monitoring program process improvements and corrective actions. Knowledgeable in implementing programs and their inter-relationships and applied statistical analysis techniques to measure progress, efficiencies, and trends that impacted on the organizational effectiveness. Experienced in conducting cost-benefits and task analysis to identify more efficient and effective means and methods to achieve desired results. Experiences included developing procedural, administrative, and technical evaluation plans that improved product and service quality. Experienced in conducting and participating in Process Improvement Teams that developed recommendations for improved methods and processes. Skilled in creating internal metrics and measures that marked progress toward accomplishment of unit plans, programs, goals, and objectives. Experiences involved establishing baselines and evaluation criteria that were used in measuring and analyzing organizational mission equipment productivity or effectiveness. Skilled in presenting formal and informal briefing and written reports in regard to the Cyberspace program mission readiness. Skilled in advising employees, supervisors, and managers on the evaluation of basic program policies, regulatory requirements, and procedures. Knowledge of and skill in applying systems analysis principles and methods sufficient-enough to assist in identifying and specifying business requirements for new or enhanced systems. Knowledge of systems analysis and design and testing techniques, data base concepts, and system documentation requirements to conduct studies and determine and recommend solutions. Knowledge of agency standards, policies, and system design approaches. Knowledge of functional work processes and terminology in the assigned area. Knowledge of hardware, software and technology trends. Knowledge of pertinent equipment advances, equipment used at other government agencies and in the private sector in-order-to plan and carry out evaluations and feasibility studies for proposed replacement or additional equipment, improvements or modifications to existing equipment. Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and Department of Defense approval processes, and general knowledge of the federal government acquisition process, coordination, justification and approval at higher authority of requests for IT, hardware, software, and services. Knowledge of related procurement requirements to develop specification for equipment. Knowledge of fact-finding methods and analytical techniques to conduct feasibility studies, requirements analyse, and to identify and resolve issues and problems. Knowledge of technical documentation methods to prepare and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and various technical information. Ability to organize informationand interpret various directives or procedures to formulate and present various recurring reports.
