Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience in delivery of products within allocated cost, schedule, technical and support bounds; 2) Demonstrating leadership skills (team building, conflict resolution, workload/priority management, technical credibility, etc); 3) Communicating skills between FST/PMA, Fleet/TYCOM and OEM/Industry; 4) Effectively explaining and documenting complex, technical problems; 5) Planning, managing and controlling designated work efforts of team members from the necessary disciplines and managing the use of resources required for successful accomplishment of assigned program areas.
