Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting in accomplishing the mission of the Director of Ship Management (DSM) and carry out assigned responsibilities associated with planning, directing, supervising, and monitoring the daily readiness and material capabilities of the Fleet Ordnance and Dry Cargo (PM6) Program. Experience monitoring the operational status and material condition of assigned ships operating in worldwide theaters and ensuring ship capabilities. Experience assisting in the development of cost estimates Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers, spreadsheets, etc. Experience compiling, analyzing and forecasting maritime operating-cost trend data, including life-cycle and ratemaking cost analyses. Experience briefing for external customers include details of ship capabilities and program cost. You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Directorate Ship Management (N03) Fleet Ordnance & Dry Cargo (PM6) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
