Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience which includes: 1)Implementing logistics policies, processes, and/or programs for highly complex weapon systems acquisition in the areas of aviation logistics support; AND 2)Developing solutions to multipart challenges in support of mission objectives; AND 3)Providing guidance on logistical policies and/or procedures to team members with varying skill sets. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Leadership Problem Solving Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).

About the Position: Serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist with the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) located at Fort Irwin, in San Bernardino Ca. The pay band NH-03 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-12/13. .
