To qualify for the Reservist Procurement Technician (Acquisition Procurement Specialist) position, you must demonstrate work experience in each of the following areas: Assisting in the implementation of acquisition/contracting procedures; and Utilizing automated procurement or financial management systems to input contract data, verify information, and generate reports; and Performing administrative actions to include filing, creating, and/or distributing electronic documents. OR 4 years above high school. In addition: Minimum age of eighteen years of age is required. All candidates must be a high school graduate or possess a GED. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Federal Acquisitions Regulations, acquisition phases, techniques or requirements for procurement, contract types, and modifications.
