To qualify for the position of Supervisory Budget Analyst at (GS-0560-14), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade you’re applying to. If you are a current or former government employee on a permanent appointment in the competitive service, you will need to demonstrate 1-year (52-weeks) at the next lower grade level, to meet the time-in-grade requirements for this occupational series and grade. Additionally, please ensure to submit an applicable SF50 (please refer to the “required documents” section for additional information). Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in Federal service performing the following duties: performing budget execution work involving difficult fund control activities; overseeing the formulation of budget estimates and justifications; participating in the formulation and evaluation of program management, and budget policies; AND providing direction and guidance to lower-level staff members. The position serves as a Senior Budget Analyst located in the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. National Central Bureau of the International Criminal Police Organization (USNCB).
