To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience managing large, complex construction projects that require three to five years to complete, such as multistory office and special-use buildings. Experience must include full responsibility for the management of the entire project, including: requirements, development, direction and control of project planning, program budgeting, Architectural/Engineering design and construction, contract evaluation, and contract award and administration.
As a senior project manager within the Public Buildings Service (PBS), you will be responsible for overall project management of the most politically sensitive and complex Prospectus level projects. Location of position: PBS, Washington DC, Office of Design and Construction, White House Project Planning & Execution. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
