Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience conducting investigations and writing reports of data analysis and organizational assessments. Experience using fact-finding techniques, analyses and evaluations of equal opportunity principles to identify and resolve problems. Experience with identifying barriers to equal employment opportunities and making technical recommendations to aid in resolving concerns.
