Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03/GS-12/13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assessing and providing strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures. Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving major reports or policies of organization for internal and external distribution. Experience formulating organizational strategies, tactics, and budget/action plan to acquire and allocate resources. Experience assessing and promulgating, fiscal, and other factors affecting customer and program/project needs. You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development & Acquisition) Navy International Programs Office (Navy IPO) of NIPO FIELD OFFICE.
