In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience must demonstrate related duties to the following: 1) Planning, managing, and reporting on technical projects; 2) Expertise in software development and architecture, including leading projects, managing teams, and providing technical guidance; 3) Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee and guide software development teams; 4) Analyzing and resolve complex technical issues and to make decisions on technical direction and strategy.
