Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical assistance and administrative support for human resources in development, training initiatives, and performance management, as well as, staffing, recruitment, classification, and position management programs; 2) Demonstrating human resources technical assistance and administrative support to include, coding personnel actions in accordance with civilian human resources regulations and/or policies; 3) Reviewing personnel inquiries to determine best course of action while responding to customer service requests in the area of civilian human resources; and 4) Utilizing civilian human resources automated tools and systems to research, update personnel data, and pull reports while providing guidance to management and staff on human resources policies and procedures.
