The competencies or knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform this job are: Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and the DHS Intelligence Enterprise. Knowledge of the principles of intelligence operations and analytical principles. Knowledge of DHS I&A homeland security mission and the role of intelligence in the relationship between I&A, the DHS Components, and the IC. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate at the senior most levels.
This assignment is a 2-year non-reimbursable detail assignment with option to extend an additional year. This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis (l&A), Deputy Under Secretary for Intelligence Partnerships (DUSIP), Engagement Liaison Office (ELO), Liaison Officer Branch (LNOB).
