Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1.) Leading multi-disciplinary teams to manage construction projects relating to Civil Works, Department of Veteran Affairs, Interagency and International Services, or MILCON projects. AND 2.) Advising senior leaders on technical engineering matters in support of projects in design and construction. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Budget Execution Leadership Oral Communication Program Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
About the Position: Serves as Branch Chief and senior Program Manager of the Sacramento District Interagency & International Support (IIS) Branch within the Programs and Project Management Division dedicated to execution of projects and programs. Location negotiable. Actual salary will be determined on the geographic location of placement.
