SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates. The selective placement factor is: You must currently be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Your license must be held in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. You MUST provide a copy of your current license with your application. A copy of a wall certificate that does not have an expiration date will not serve to verify this requirement Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring compliance with Public Works Directorate policy and establishment of field command Directorate practices; 2) Creating acquisition strategy from a programmatic and strategic level, e.g., develop methodology and tools; 3) Establishing and reviewing metrics to define how well policy, systems, processes, and tools are serving the accomplishment of programs, goals, and objectives; 4) Serving as the primary point of contact and responsible official for Public Works data calls.
