Experience leading employees either as a supervisor and/or team lead in the accomplishment of an agency mission. 2. Experience interfacing with senior level management officials to include understanding senior level management requirements and needs, and/or ensuring full understanding of the work activities required to support their personnel. 3. Experience providing oversight and/or leadership over building and grounds maintenance, construction, supply and warehouse operations, budget, procurement, office moves, emergency management, and/or environment, safety, and health (ES&H) issues. 4. Experience providing oversight and/or leadership over the work of management and operating contracts and/or support service contracts and contractors. A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Program Manager (Director for the Complex Management Team) and will be responsible for management and oversight of all operational and infrastructure support for the tenants of the Albuquerque Complex (AC) facilities on Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB); and oversight and management of support contracts to provide maintenance and security of the federal facilities.
