Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that includes: 1) Planning and coordinating the design, development, installation, configuration, and implementation of major hardware or software systems; 2) Planning and developing project cost estimates and developing technical and contractual requirements including writing and evaluating PWSs, SOWs, and/or SOOs; AND, 3) Performing IT product studies, with emphasis on interoperability and compliance with Army and DoD IT policy. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Planning and Evaluating Systems Engineering Teaching Others

About the Position: Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Project Specialist, providing systems engineering, cyber security, and infrastructure and technical integration guidance for the planning, design, development, acquisition, and implementation of major critical systems
